A regular on the cover of various tabloid magazines, Lindsay Lohan is the poster girl of celebrity scandal. She was born on July 2,1986 in New York City to Michael and Dina Lohan and began her acting career at the age of 10 years old, starring in numerous television commercials and landing a role on the soap opera Another World. In 1998 she starred in the Disney remake of the parent trap. Since then she has been in various movies such as Freaky Friday, Mean Girls and Herbie Fully Loaded. In 2004 she started her music career by releasing her debut album, Speak. The album sold over a quarter million copies it’s first week and hit the number four spot on the Billboard 200. It generated two hits singles, First and Over. The single First was featured in Herbie The Love Bug Fully Loaded. The album was later certified platinum. She followed up Speak’s success with the lackluster effort, A Little More Personal (Raw) in 2005. It debuted on the number twenty spot on the Billboard 200 and was eventually certified gold in January of 2006. She has since started work on her third album but it’s unsure when and if it will be released.
