Limp Bizkit is a band formed in Jacksonville, Florida in 1995. It’s line up includes vocalist Fred Durst, drummer John Otto, guitarist Wes Borland, bassist Sam Rivers and turntablist/sampler player DJ Lethal. In 1997, Limp Bizkit released their debut album, Three Dollar Bill, Yall$. The album has since gone double platinum in the United States. In 1999, they produced their sophomore album, Significant Other. It spawned the the singles "Nookie", "Re-Arranged", "N 2 Gether Now" and "Break Stuff". Significant Other debuted at #1 and sold over 634,000 copies in its first week; and has sold over 7.5 million worldwide to date. Limp Bizkit’s third album was titled "Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water" and was released on October 15, 2000 through Interscope Records. According to the RIAA website, the album has sold over 6 million copies in United States as of 2008. Limp Bizkit has since gone on to release two more albums, Results May Vary (2003) and The Unquestionable Truth (Part 1) (2005). Limp Bizkit’s first greatest hits compilation, titled Greatest Hitz, was released on November 8, 2005. It contained material from the band’s first four albums (the track "The Truth" was released in some countries). An additional DVD, which featured music videos for most of their major hits, was released in conjunction with the CD.
